HOUSE SUMMARY #9: RETURN OF THE HOUSE SUMMARY
Oh my god.
My HOUSE CLASS continues to be AMAZING. ::GLEEGLEEGLEE:: I found out today that one of the older students (who actually keeps coming up with TERRIBLE House ideas, but she's nice, so XD;) is the person who originally wrote Tron. WHICH IS JUST AWESOME.
SO MANY TERRIBLE HOUSE IDEAS. Mine actually got greenlighted, though. 8D I need to work out the MANY kinks, but this is totallyripped from inspired by a Phoenix Wright case which, when I came across it, ttly gave a House vibe I could not ignore.

- 1. Main Story
- ⁃ A woman presents with the same undiagnosed disease that her sister had, but since her sister died some years ago in an accident, the team's only clues are in her medical files. The team uses the biological and family connection to narrow down to environmental and genetic diseases, but the secret is that the patient was also part of the accident that killed her sister, and took the opportunity to swap identities with her sister to avoid her own past; thus, the dead sick sister and currently sick sister are actually one and the same, and the assumptions the team made were all wrong at their foundations.
- ⁃ quasi-secret = the clean-cut sister has been doing drugs
- ⁃ "two-faced"---epiphany moment while talking to Wilson
- ⁃ has no friends or family
- ⁃ HOW could she get away with it
- ⁃ WHY she would do it
- ⁃ WHY keep the secret even if it could KILL her?
- ⁃ write a BACKSTORY about it that an audience would believe
- ⁃ how does it all END
- ⁃ is she VIRTUOUS or VILLAINOUS
- Red Herrings
- ⁃ incestual sexual transmission of disease between sisters?
- ⁃ this clean-cut person has been doing not clean-cut things?
Annnnd that's what I've got so far. XD; My assignment this week is to come up with a backstory to make it believable.
OHMYGOD THESE OTHER STORIES THOUGH. THEY LIKE. FORGET IT'S A MEDICAL SHOW RATHER THAN AN ACTION-ADVENTURE WHERE EVERYONE IS OUT TO KILL HOUSE WHAT. (And then they argue that it's reasonable when people try to point out it's CLEARLY NOT. XD;;; I mean, mine is crazy, but it is PATIENT-RELATED-CRAZY.)
Also, I need to come up with a House/Wilson subplot that's JUST GAY ENOUGH without being GAY. :X And a clinic idea. YES.Also a disease, but.
I could go on about other stuff in the class but it would take too long. 8D 8D 8D YEE.
My other class is great too, but... this other one totally overshadows it with AWESOME haha XD; IN FACT I thought the fact that I have it WHEN HOUSE IS ON would be a negative, but it's actually even BETTER because I get so excited about House in general that I totally forget there's a new episode WAITING FOR ME AT HOME and then I get home and it's like CHRISTMAS EVERY TUESDAY.House: GAY ME UP, SCOTTY
Wilson: No.
House: ........D:
Foreman: This is truly a sad and tragic point of catharsis in my life. I believe it would be inappropriate to make fun of it, and I will instead deal with it with poise and dignity.
Chase: GUESS WHAT, FOREMAN. CAMERON DUMPED ME. AGAIN. WANNA GET HAMMERED?
Foreman: ....
Wilson: So I'm now inarguably a canon sex god?
House: Pff, no.
Wilson: Oh. Just checkin'.
