My heart still aches over all the layers of misfortune that created this whole EMOTIONAL STORM of a finale. And Wilson at the end of the episode, when he was so hurt and raw and angry with House but still checked on him because deep down he loves House still and AND.

It's one of the reasons I am not too terribly worried for their relationship. I think Wilson may hold this against House for awhile, and I think House may hold it against himself even longer, but House has already proven that Wilson is #1 in his life. He knows this for certain now, and over the past four seasons we've seen he is not the type to lay down and DIE. Also Wilson has never been able to emotionally shut himself off from House--he will always care for him. It'll just... take time for them to MEND BACK TO THEIR CHARACTERISTIC LEVEL OF DYSFUNCTION.
