Well, it's that time of year again.

HEEELLLSIIIINNGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Most of my long-time friends probably know by now that I have an annual short-lived but CRAZY phase with the thing. (This is the proof of this year's initiation, though I wish Photobucket didn't make it smaller than it should be.) Here's the scoop on this year's development:

- One of Court's RP's inspired me to look through the mangas again. I found something in the seventh volume (WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLTERRRRRRRRRR OH MY GOOODDDD) and was inspired to go look for scanlations. (I've been collecting the Japanese manga for a really long time now and have all the volumes released thus far, (seven), and was so disappointed with Dark Horse's linguistically-challenged, unintelligible, nonsensical farce of a translation that I never finished reading it. :D Sorry, Blue. XD;)

- Asked this Blue, (my oldest internet friend ever, and a big fan of Hellsing), where I might find scanlations. She directed me to this site, if you're interesting in checking it out after my ranting. (WHICH YOU SHOULD BE, SINCE HELLSING COMES TO HAVE SOME OF THE MOST DETAILED, AMAZING ART THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.) So, uh, since I read the first couple of volumes in English, (and because it's the stuff I've seen in the anime anyway), I started off at the beginning of the third volume. So, somehow, between last night and tonight, I found enough time to sit on my ass and read all the way up to all that's been released of eight. :DDD;

Integra's actually my favorite character in this thing, followed shortly by Walter and then followed VERY shortly by Alucard and Anderson. I mean. God. It's so so hard to even say that because they're all so fucking awesome. (Integra's, like, the only female character ever who I will regularly stare at for her utter HOTNESS. <3333)

Just. Oh my gooddd. And then the new OVA being released and ksjdhKAHSL:AKJFL:AJKF (I do so wish they'd kept the old, AWESOME music, though. ;_; I own both soundtracks from the original series. <3333)

Oh, I forgot to mention yesterday the craziness at work. So, like. First off, I got to prep a magazine cover of Captain America fighting Iron Man. :D I mean, I don't really care about the characters that much, but it's cool to get to work on well-known people. X3

The crazier thing, though. is this: There's this woman who works in the same room as me and takes care of the ebay sales and some logo stuff for the company. Well, turns out she was just hired as the new Production Manager at Tokyopop. O___O How NUTS is that?!

If I get half the chance before she leaves for good, I'm gonna be all: "Hey, Liz, first thing you should do is GET RID OF THOSE FUCKING RED BINDER LOGOS oh and don't let Viz license anything. Ever."

....I, err, doubt it, though. XD;
